We are a company specializing in architectural engineering, interior design and 3D visualization for a wide range of architectural and design projects.

     Visarty started in 2001 as an engineering and design department of a building company. The young team has been developing along with the building industry, modern technologies and constantly increasing needs of the people. The idea of creating an independent company arose when the employees developed their professional skills to the high level enabling them to implement their own vision of the modern design and work organization. Breaking the post-soviet stereotypes regarding the design and management and constant need for implementation of new ideas resulted into entering the European market which has shown strong interest in high-quality services.

     Modern person’s environment, whether it is an office or a private dwelling, must ensure maximal functionality as well as comfortable living. But in most cases the customer can feel its comfortableness only after the premise is already created though it is not always reasonable. To impart the feeling of the future space to the customer is an essential part of a project. Only the customer can feel and decide that this particular space is the right for him. We realize how important it is to present out work in the best possible way, so that it is easily understood by the final customer. That is why we pay special attention to the final project presentation striving to show our ideas in the most realistic and impressive way. To implement this task, we have chosen 3D modeling and visualization technologies allowing to create photo-realistic pictures of any part of an interior, facade, landscape, or any detail of the project. This product has practically superseded such outdated methods as drafts, drawings, and small-scale models. Besides this, 3D modeling has become an efficient sales instrument with high return as 3D models reproduced in the smallest detail enable to show the object as it would look in reality.

     Our work means continuous experimenting, searching and exploring new technologies. Sometimes we find a quite new service, sometimes a new solution enabling to increase efficiency, but in any case it is to our customers’ good.
